To install EMU 49...
1- Download the EMU49 form Area48/download
2- go to the directory where EMU49.exe was downloaded and press on it. This will install EMU49.
3- try run emu49 clicking on 
4- If it shows some error message, missing a kernell32.dll or WS2_32.dll download the DLL needed
from Area48/download and copy it to your c:\windows\system
